Dirty wrought clad Gyuto
This gyuto is on sale as a 2nd, and therefore has had an extra 10% added to its discount.
The wrought iron cladding was dirty and flaky enough that it left numerous little delaminations through the spine, as well as a couple faults in the cladding, to the point where I simply can't sell it at full price. Such is the struggle of working with extremely dirty wrought: the trade-off for the faults is that you get cladding with a monumental amount of character through it.
All that said, this gyuto is still fully functioning, and I spent far too much time making it! It would make a lovely addition as a workhorse to anyone's collection.
